Ingredients for chicken flavoured with cinnamon and raisins
We need: 3 tablespoons sunflower oil, 6 skinless chicken legs, one chopped onion, 5 bay leaves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 6 broken cardamom pods, 250 ml Greek yogurt, 20 g chopped coriander, 4 tablespoons curry paste, 85 g raisins, salt, pepper.
We heat the oven at the fourth step (180 degrees Celsius). Heat a tablespoon of oil in a bowl with a lid. Put the chicken legs and leave for 7-10 minutes until golden on both sides. We take them out and put them away. Put the remaining oil in the bowl and heat the onions, bay leaves and spices for 5 minutes. We take off the fire and put the chicken back in the bowl.
Mix the yogurt, coriander, curry paste and raisins, pour over the chicken and mix everything. Put the lid on the dish and bake for 30 minutes, until the meat is gently taken off the bone. The chicken, flavoured with cinnamon and raisins, is served warm with naan bread.
