I propose a healthy recipe of homemade cheese with a low content of casein and acids. We prepare one liter of creamed milk, 200 g of kefir, 60 g of cream and one teaspoon of baking soda. Boil the milk and stirring all the time, pour the kefir and cream into it. When it clots, add the baking soda and squeeze the water.
Mix four cups of flour with 0.5 l of mineral water and knead until the dough no longer sticks to the fingers. We form a dough loaf, heat the oven and put the bread inside. We bake at a temperature of 100-150 degrees Celsius. We can use a toothpick to check if the bread is ready. We keep the bread in the fridge, because it keeps soft and fresh.
One of the healthy sweet recipes: mix 0.5 kg flour with 50 g oil, 50 g of honey and half a cup of water. We make a dough and bake like yeast-free bread. We keep it in the fridge.
Healthy sweets for children
We grind 25 g of roasted sunflower seeds, 25 g of raisins, 25 g of prunes, two figs and 25 g of walnuts. Mix everything and add two tablespoons of honey. Put in a shape and keep in the fridge for 12 hours, then cut the composition into sticks. Store in the fridge.

One of the healthy recipes for seasoning dishes is: we mix a cup of kefir with the juice of three cloves of garlic. It is a very tasty and healthy spice. Most of us avoid garlic because of the smell. It can be removed by eating chopped parsley or a few slices of apple, lemon or grapefruit.
