Without flexibility, there can be no creativity
When you manage to cultivate your flexibility, you’re ready for creativity. Without flexibility there can be no creativity. Creativity is a discontinuous unalgorithmic leap, from one model of thought to another, completely new. All the great advances in the world of music, architecture or science represent new leaps of imagination, which could not be foreseen on the basis of models existing at the time.
By our nature we are creative beings, though we may not think of ourselves in this way. When you were a kid, you had a rich imagination, which is the source of all creativity. The youthful flexibility and awareness of the present moment have continually brought us new perceptions and interpretations.
We are able to create whole worlds using our imaginations. We all built sand castles on the beach or played with our imaginary family, made up of dolls. Today, the very fact that we live is a proof of our creativity, because we co-create our reality, every moment.
We create a new body, a different way of thinking, with every impulse that experience gives us and with every breath. It is good to learn to restore our creative capacity and regain our energy and enthusiasm of youth. In addition to helping us to rejuvenate, the creative process can be applied for the recovery of relationships, in the arts and business.
Give up the pattern of habit, cultivate flexibility!
It is very easy to fall into the trap of patterns of habit, which does not help you and encourages inflexibility. It is very useful to consciously cultivate flexibility, abandoning certain things in our lives and creating new patterns of behavior and thinking.
Exercising flexibility creates flexibility in the nervous system, causing brain cells to make new associations. Neurons in the nervous system and the options in our lives are engaged in a continuous feedback loop. Because we want to try new things, the neural network becomes more flexible and open to new perceptions, interpretations and choices that in turn support new internal connections.
I propose some suggestions of things you can do to break behavioral patterns. Try them for a week and observe what happens to your mind and body.
- Change your diet.
- Change your exercise schedule.
- Change your way to work.
- Change your bedtime.
- Meditate more.
- Buy your completely different clothing.
- They’re wearing new colors.
- Listen to other kinds of music.
- Stop wearing a watch.
- He’s wearing the watch on his other hand.
- Go out for lunch with a new person.
- Try a new restaurant.
- Change your mind about something or someone.
- Make a call to a friend you haven’t spoken to in years.
- Try visiting new places.
- Answer the phone in a different way.

- Listen to another radio station.
- There’s a new course coming up.
It is good to give up the old way of approaching life and we will feel renewed. Learning to be flexible means learning to access the most flexible area of our being, the time of eternal consciousness that resides in our mind and body.
Flexibility is the basis of rejuvenation. By immersing ourselves in this field of infinite flexibility, through daily meditation, we will think and act flexibly, consciously. It is good to give up everything that is no longer useful to us.
Flexibility and creativity are the key factors in the evolutionary process. Only those who are able to adapt survive survive. Adaptation involves, first, flexibility, then creativity. Every evolutionary leap is a quantum leap in creativity. When we cultivate creativity we will see that we become younger, more flexible and more adaptable.
Every day, in every way, I increase my mental and physical capacity. My biostat is fixed at an age of… years and are healthy. I look and feel like a healthy man, for… Years.
