Lemon therapy refreshes the body

Lemon therapy is the best way to refresh the vitamins in our body. Lemon therapy offers extraordinary benefits, because citric juice is the only acid that reacts with calcium in our body forming a single salt.

While this salt is dissolved, our body receives calcium and phosphorus elements that normalize metabolism and regenerate bone tissue. Citric acid is one of the products of our digestive system. Lemon juice, in addition to quenching thirst, allows the body to conserve energy, which can be used to remove salt deposits from bones, joints, muscles and blood vessels.

Lemon therapy can also be used to treat kidney stones. Lemon juice is one of the best remedies against them. An increase in kidney function can be observed during therapy. Urine blackens and when it stays for a longer period of time, it can produce reddish sediments of uric salts.

After following this therapy, half a liter of urine can produce a significant amount of sediment. This means that uric acid is quickly removed from our body due to this lemon therapy.

Urine becomes amber at the end of therapy and no longer produces sediment even if it stays for a longer period. This means that our body no longer contains excessive amounts of uric acid.

For this therapy we use only concentrated lemon juice, without dilute with water or add sugar or honey. You can drink this lemon juice half an hour before or an hour after your meals, which is even better.

To treat chronic, serious diseases, you need to drink a total juice resulting from 200 lemons during therapy. Perhaps for many of you it means something almost impossible, some already have a sour feeling in your mouth only when they think of such a quantity of citric acid.

Attention however there may be rare cases, in which large amounts of citric acid in the stomach can lead to disorders of intestinal function. In such cases we temporarily change the treatment with the preventive dosage until our stomach gets used to lemon juice, then we can try therapy again.

For this lemon therapy the following dosages are recommended:

  • Days 1 and 12 – 5 lemons
  • Days 2 and 11 – 10 lemons
  • Days 3 and 10 – 15 lemons
  • Days 4 and 9 – 20 lemons
  • Days 5, 6, 7 and 8 – 25 lemons

They total 200 lemons consumed over a 12-day period. The daily amount should be divided into 3-5 doses. Do not be appalled by the amount of juice (almost 1 liter) to be consumed on days 5, 6, 7 and 8. Just as we consume apple or blueberry juice, so can lemon juice be consumed even if it is a little more sour. The results will be remarkable and the effort will not be in vain.

Lemons have multiple uses for health. For sore throats or symptoms of sore throat, suck a slice of lemon every 15 minutes. Even small amounts of diluted citric acid are able to kill cold germs.

For gum disease or other diseases, rinse your mouth regularly with a solution of lemon juice and water heated by boiling in the morning and afternoon, every two weeks.

Lemon is very effective for strengthening the hair. For dandruff or loose hair, rub the scalp with a piece of lemon once a day for 10 days. It strengthens the hair and stops the appearance of dandruff.

For smokers, lemon juice offers extraordinary benefits. We suffer chronically from vitamin deficiency, but especially those who smoke. A single cigarette destroys up to 25 mg of vitamin C,which is a quarter of the recommended daily amount.

When citric acid reacts amines, it forms aspartic acid, which has a negative charge. Natural aspartic acid formed in our body during lemon juice therapy is very valuable. Almost all pharmaceutical formulas are used to treat the diseases described aspartic acid in its synthetic form.
