Roast recipe with salmon
I propose a recipe of skewers with salmon and sweet chilli, inspired by Thai recipes. It is a simple, healthy and tasty recipe that takes 30 minutes to prepare. The ingredients for the salmon skewer recipe are for 4 servings.
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce, juice from a lime, 4 x 150 g salmon fillets, no diced cut skin, oil for grease, salt, pepper.
Preparation mode: mix in a bowl chilli paste and lemon juice. Put half the mixture in a serving bowl. Put the salmon on 4 skewers and grease the pieces of meat with the remaining sauce. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
We heat a barbecue for the stove very well. Let the excess sauce drain from the salmon, then sprinkle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and leave on the grill for 8 minutes. During this time, turn on both sides, until it turns slightly brown and gently separates from the grill. We serve the hot skewers with sauce. Have a good time!
