Tired eyes betray a stressed body
Tired eyes are the first to betray a stressed body. Tired eyes are often the result of hard work in closed places, without sunlight, without ventilation and relaxation breaks or taken at too long intervals. The eyes turn red, begin to tear and itching appear.
Against these manifestations it is good to use rose petals that have a particularinvigorating effect, due to the rich content of essential oils. We apply a fresh petal to each eyelid or make tea compresses from dried rose petals. We apply two tea-soaked floppy disks to the eyelids for 15 minutes. We repeat this therapy whenever we feel the need.
For tired eyes
Fennel seeds. We make a tea from two teaspoons of fennel seeds, which we boil for three minutes. Squeeze the tea and let it cool. We prepare two compresses that we apply to the eyelids for half an hour.
Sulfina. We prepare an infusion of two tablespoons of the plant to a cup of water. We apply the sulphine infusion to the eyelids, using floppy disks for 20-30 minutes. Sulfin combats inflammation and helps maintain visual acuity.
The rose and chrysanthemum clear the gaze. The petals of these flowers, in addition to the beauty with which we enjoy the gaze, have the benefit of reviving tired eyes. We prepare an infusion from a teaspoon of rose petals or chrysanthemum per 100 ml water. We apply compresses with floppy disks for 20-30 minutes.
Cucumber slices for the chears. Vegetable rings are good cures for removing dark dark things. Cut the cucumber slices and apply them to the eyelids. The same goes for the potato. From tomatoes we can use the juice applied around the eyes that we let act for half an hour, then rinse with warm and cold water alternately.
The leaves of the yolks de-stress the eyes. For swollen eyes we prepare a solution of 100 ml boiling water in which we add 10 g of marigold tincture. After cooling compresses are made with this tincture and applied to the eyelids. The tincture of the leaves of the yolks we prepare it as follows: 20 grams of plant, we macerate it for 8 days in 100 ml alcohol.
Prepared against wrinkles around the eyes. Mix 10 g of vitamin C and 50 ml of castor oil in a dark bottle. Shake the container and keep it dark and cold. We apply a few drops to the skin in the evening before bedtime, in a thin layer. We remove the excess with an absorbent napkin. The skin will soon become stretched and elastic.
